Fowlerk, you could go to www.statelinetack.com (http://www.statelinetack.com). They have everything there!!! I'm sure you could find a nice bareback pad. :)

Dont get one with stirrups they arent very good and you will end up taking the stirrups off eventually. www.petsmart.com www.countrysupply.com and statelinetack have some

Stateline DOSE have very nice pads. So dose Murdocks if you have one near you. my personal favorits are suede leather ones, there more durable and comfortable. DONT get a fleece one, they tend to fall apart soooner than later, and if you use it in anything but the best weather, youll have even more trouble staying on than without!

I like the statelinetack bareback pads because they have breastcollars, so there is less chance of them slipping off :]

dont get a flece one.
mine fell apart when i was using it and i fell on and sprained my rist.
the fleece ones make bare bake more dangrous!!!
I have a Cashel barepad. It was pretty pricey (around $200) , but it was a christmas present from my dad last year. It comes with stirrups, but i took them off because they're pretty useless.
It's a nice little bareback pad, very soft and squishy. I ride a lot of the more uncomfortable, high withered horses in it because it's so heavily padded, the withers wont bother you.
