I'm thinking about teaching my horse to sit down does anyone see any drawbacks to it for future training.If not, any suggestions on to teach her how to sit?

I had a horse that could sit once. He trashed the horse walker by burning the motor up and then started turning against us when we tried to ride him, but over all when i look back at it i could only see him doing that.

Does any one know if is bad for their joints, etc??
