Does Anyone Have Or Know Where I Can Get Hay?

I am panicking :eek: I have no hay and one of my horses doesnt like the hay cubes. I live in GA (near where all the fires are) and there is no rain. My normal supplier(sp) doesnt have any and doesnt expect to any time soon.
My friend is getting some from South Dakota, and I'm going to buy some from her. But we dont know when that will get here, and its $8 and sq bale!!!
I want round bales in good shape. And hopefully under $75
( :D We are cheap)

we also have a vegtable patch so when you collacte your hay you can but apples or carrots aswell

BAH! I live in vegas, try getting anything quality out here... I have to pay
$16 for a bale of timothy.

Holy crap. I think decent hay in the Lower Michigan/Mid-Indiana area is only $4/bale. Fortunately, my barn has a hay field, so i don't have to stress about not having any hay.

If you lived around here, i have a teacher who GIVES the cuttings off her field away. You just have to load/carry away what you want. I think it might all be called for already. Obviously though. Who could turn down free hay?

Hope you find some soon though. I know the whole country has been having hay issues.

Where are you located?We get hay from a farm less than a mile from our house.Its $2 a bale and he told us last week that he has over 5000 bales left.Might be worth it to pay a truck if its so expensive whereever you live....let me knkow
