New Boarders Needed

We have 4 open stalls at my farm located in West Friendship Maryland.
4 HUGE fields!
Field boarded.
Fed grain and hay November through April.
Trails only, no ring as of now, soon there will be.
Western or English
Nice facilities, easy going.
$150/month April-October
$175/month November-March
(i think, i pay a discounted board fee, so i don't know)

Dang dang dang! If I lived near there, I would use one (or two) stalls...I don't have a horse yet, but I'm intending to get one, and I might get a pregnant mare...but yeah, I don't live in MD, so this is pointless...but that pricing sounds perfect for me. I don't want to spend any more than $200 per horse on boarding, especially since I'm going to make sure I could feed my mare every morning, blah blah...
