I ride pretty much anything english (haven't really tried western). I've done dressage, eventing, jumpers, some hunter/hunter eq (wasn't my thing) and hunter paces and trail riding. I don't own a horse, never have, due to lack of money. I think I'm a better rider for it though, as I can now get on a lot of horses, figure out what's up and help them go better.

Any other college students/those out of the house about?

Yeah, I just graduated college and I rode on my school's IHSA (intercollegiate horse show association) team all 4 years. Its all equitation so it sounds like you probably wouldn't like it, but you ride all different horses (you draw a horse's name and show it without warming it up or anything!) and its definitely fun!

i was on my school's team for three semesters. again, really not my thing but i did do fairly well....go figure!

Yep, I'm a sophomore at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. 2 years on the equestrian team.
