u can show in black or brown for english. i like brown for certain horses and black for others.

Last time I checked, a saddle for English Pleasure has to be brown....

We'll people that do dressage can show in english pleasure. Also Patricia's daughter shows in a black saddle all the time and places.

You can use any natural color of saddle - black, brown, beigeish, whatever. It shouldn't matter, as long as you and your horse like it. And as long as its clean lol.

When I used to show pleasure the horse I rode had a black wintec and i never had a word said and i still got blues :D

Yeah! Because my trainer's daughter shows in a black saddle and she gets blues all the time! And besides brown in a more commen color in english too.

Yeah, it is. I dont see very many black english saddles in shows, but you can show in an english black saddle! ( Besides black would look good on Montana!)

I know!! Black looks good on any dark colored horse. Also you don't have to match the color with another brown!!
