My New Saddle What do You Think?

ok i don't know how to put pics of my new saddle on here and i got some that i really want to have of my saddle so people can tell me what they think of it ( the lightin g in my pics are horible)
here is some info on my saddle

* Western
* 14 and a half inch
* Brown
* Comfy
* Fits ME
* I would Need to get a build up pad for it to fit my horse
* I got it for FREE!!!!!
* New Wool
* Bairly Used
* needs to be oliled

ya it is really comphy but REALLY SQUEEKY!!!! so i need to oil it or something... any one know what to do for a squeeky saddle?
it is squeeky where the sturup lethers mee the saddy and the front

I've been trying to get a western saddle for a while now that is in good shape and not highly priced.

Where did you get this saddle from?
