A few days before my new horsey arrived, Ozzy was sold. I'm glad to know tha we were able to add to his value though; he went from a $20,000 horse to a $25,000-$30,000 horse, which is awesome. I learned so much as a rider, and was able to see both of us grow. I miss him, although having Greystone helps. Nonetheless, it's weird not to be able to see my baby and have him knicker at me from his stall. We were beginning to establish a bond, and when I came home from camp after two weeks it was clear that he remembered who I was, and he nuzzled me in search of a treat. He was such a sweetie, no matter how annoying he could be sometimes in the ring; well, being a Thoroughbred kind of explains it all. Anyway, I just had to tell you guys that he's gone (near Green Bay, WI, apparently). I miss him, but I hope that he's happy wherever he is, and I hope that there's tons of land in which he can frolic around and enjoy himself.
