I would enter my girls into the database if we knew about their origins. Yeah, sometimes you do have to enter some of the horses that aren't in there to put yours on. I went all the way back past the 1800's from my friend's horse. It was amazing.

If you know your horses pedigree you can always add her to the database. I did that with some of Gam's relatives but didn't add him because I didn't have the money to register him when I got him. Would have cost me and arm and a leg!
This is his full brother though.:) http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/mystic+copper+kid

That's awesome that Seabiscuit is in your horses blood lines! He was a wonderful horse, but unfortunately a dud as a stallion. If I remember correctly he only produced one foal that made a name for itself. I might be mistaken, but I think it was a foal out of some big-name mare. It could have taken after both of them. Anyways, enough with my rambling, It's a shame he was better on the track than he was at breeding. Could you imagine what the racing world would be like today if he had been a phenomenal producer like 3 Bars or Jet deck?

A few of Gam's goes back to close to the 1600's I think. I was kind of shocked to find the Godolphin Arabian in there.XD
Yeah, it was a shame that he didn't produce in his image...Seabiscuit that is.

Seabiscuit was not a dud in the breeding shed. He produced a number of winners they didn't get as far as the triple crown or anything but they still held their own. His prodegy are cleaning up in quarter horse racing to this day. Has anyone herd of Cooke County Etc.?

Was it Zee!? I Know I can go waaaay back on Zee.
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/aa-zeecilia Zee's.
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/justa+gold+skip Josie's.
I don't have them up for Holly or Allie. Holly's sire and dam are unknown. Allie's sire is Obviously Spotless though.
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/obviously+spotless I actually had to enter him and put that picture on there, we got it from Allie's old owners.
Something funny though is that when I went looking through Josie's pedigree (She's a palomino Quarter Horse) I found that she traced back to Comet, an Arabian who's Zee's great grandmother on her dam's side. So my pure Quarter Horse and Pure Arabian are related, the QH being eight years old and the Arab being twenty four. xD
WOW!! The last like that horse was really pretty! Then I bet your horse is really pretty with that horse in it's pedigree!

my haflinger is on there-- Precious Silk MJE
I had to add a pic of her there ;)
my TWH isn't on there as his dams papers were lost in a house fire a few months before I bought her(and the guy had just gotten them and couldn't remember her reg. name--but then again, he had over 100 TWHs out there between him and his sons)
my SSH isn't on there as I haven't found her sire's side of pedigree....but I did look up her maternal grandsire-- WGC Famous Amos (you have to search without the WGC and he's the Spotted Saddle Horse one)...he goes back to all kinds of neat names--Justin Morgan, Sherman Morgan, Hambletonian, Allan, and if you go back far enough...you'll find the Godolphin, Byerly and Darly back there too....it's amazing what breeds made up the spotted saddle horse...haha.. lots of TB, Arab, Hackney, American Saddlebred, Tennessee Walker, Standardbred...
