Seasons poem

I wrote this poem in class and wanted to know what you guys think!! Do you like it? Does it make sense?? (Please be honest!)

Here goes:


Seasons come and go,
Summer comes, flowers bloom,
Winter comes and brings doom, and deadly hail storms,
Fall comes, and brings blue skies, then fade away into darkness,
Spring comes, and brings out the joy in the world!

I love that poem, c4h! And I hate a lot of poetry, hahaha. Before I went to the writer's workshop, I thought the only poetry I could stand was mine, but then I read Brittnay's poems, and they were SO good that I realized I just hate it when the poetry is too happy OR too confusing. Metaphors are good, but all the complexity many famous poets give can not please people who just want beauty to be told in a pretty way.

And your seasons poem is pretty. =)
