I have a kincade fuzzy girth that I just sold to someone and I want to clean it up before shipping it off... What's the best way to do this? Can I just throw it in the wash and then air dry it like a cooler? Thanks!

you can wash them, if you have a metal curry you can use that as well the loosen up the hair if its really bad.

Just watch out when you put it in the washer. I put my girth in the washer and my whole families clothes had hair and fuzzy stuff on it for like a week. It was kinda funny but my mom got a little mad when i did that. lol

did you wash it with the other clothes? i would hope you washed it by itself in the washer. i have the same girth, i wash it in the washer all the time with no problems. :D

Haha that's not good!
I wash my horse stuff by itself, like I'll wash my saddle pads together, but my cooler alone. Thanks though! I'll wash it tonight =]

I think thats what my mum does, puts it in a pillowcase and ties the pillowcase in a knot. Stops the machine from blowing up = Happy mum! :p

thsi might be too late but I...
slip a pair of old socks around the buckles and tie with a rubber band
so they dont bang up the washer =]
[my trainer taught me that one]
