nothing for sale...but riding gloves are personal preference. I cannot stand to ride with gloves on. I can't "feel" the horse with my reins when I have them on. I usually ride in a pair of hunting gloves when it's super cold out...they are wool and thinsulate and have the fingers cut out and a "mitten" flap you can pull over(but can't ride with on...lol)...and if I'm ponying a horse, I put a leather work glove on just to avoid ropeburn should the horse pull back...but just one on the hand I'm leading the pony horse with.
You can get nice synthetic western saddles for a reasonable price. I have a synthetic BigHorn that I traded an Aussie saddle for...but it was priced at $225(new) and they had a lot and said they sold a lot of them. It's held up really well and I'm thinking of getting another. My leather BigHorn was sold to me at cost as the tack shop was going out of business--$400. It had been $650.

ok so here is my issue with synthetic. im not against it, but its not as long lasting as leather. i had a pair of saxon paddock boots and they held up for a while, but my leather ones r so much better. in my opinion, i would rather have long lasting and pay a bit more, than not as long lasting. truly, u may think u r paying less with synthetic, but replacing it over and over again will cost u more in the long run. what about these for tall boots:

or

Paddock boots:
http://www.doversaddlery.com/middleburg%92s-original-zip-paddock-boots/p/X1-38499/cn/11/ (i have these and LOVE them!)
they may not be the cheapest, but these things are a bit more durable and cheaper compared to the bigger brands, like Ariat.

as for saddles, i think the best thing u can do is to go to tack stores and look online for new and used saddles. if not, wintec is a good, cheap brand. its synthetic, but people have said that they make really good saddles. less up keep than a regular leather saddle. so how about these:
western
http://www.statelinetack.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=SLT733024%201500%20CAR
English
http://www.statelinetack.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=SLT733846%201650R
(kincade isnt synthetic, but they r cheaper, good english saddles.
i would recommend this saddle.)
Gloves
http://www.statelinetack.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=SLT650094%20712
(these are nice for everyday riding, but for showing u will need leather.)

I go back and forth with the gloves in the summer. The only reason I wear them is if I am riding a horse that tends to be heavy in the mouth or an easily excitable horse that might take off with me. That's the only reason you need riding gloves, really. I think they make riding easier though and I personally think they look a lot better.

My first pair of field boots where Saxons, and as awesome as they were for the price and material, they just weren't the same as leather. I love the Ariats that I have now.

Gloves are an absolute necessity when showing - black gloves. I'm not a big fan of the plastic tax boxes, we have wooden boxes, but the plastic is definitely far lighter. :)
