Not that I want Patty to pass but if I was to get another horse I would want it to be a QH. And I would want it to be everything(in English and Western!!) .LOL. Either that get 2 horses, one for english and one for western!

Patty is beautiful...eep.
But technically, isn't she a Quarter Horse if you look at paint as a coloring? I know a lot of people say it's a breed, but as Raggle and I discussed one time (she actually said what I thought every now and then), paint really seems more of a color because TBs and Warmbloods can be paints...or have the markings of a paint. And you said she's AQH registered.
Just a thought....
But she's the cutest! =)

I'd love to have my first horse be a sport type horse or pony, I want a horse that can do eventing...but I have no clue what breeds to consider. I really like Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods.

If you want an event horse go for an IRISH DRAUGHT all the way!

You're welcome :]. I love them too, my favorite breed, and I'm going to breed and preserve them when I build my stables after college. Sadly the Irish Draught is an endangered breed.

It's really sad that so many beautiful breeds like the Irish Draught are in danger of being completely wiped out...They are a very big part of our human history and lives. I'm really glad you want to work hard to save this amazing breed.

Paints= breed. Pintos= color. So pintos can be any breed, b/c its the color and than paints are the breed. :)
