Hey
So, my horse is sore in the shoulder, just your typical muscle soreness from running around in the paddock, he likes to do sliding stops
I was wondering if anyonw knew of any beneficial stretches to help with this?
I am already using a few, pulling the leg out to the front and straightening it, picking up the foot and moving the shoulder blade in and out, stretching the leg back towards the hindleg. All of this is being paired with hand walking, massage a bit of slow trot work on the lunge and daily application of RapiGel
So, any other stretches that would be useful in restoring my horses soundness?
thanks!! :)
