My dad said that he would buy me new boots for under 90 dollars including shipping and handling. They have to be tall boots and i think i have found a pair of field boots but would they be acceptable for what i do? I do hunter/jumper equitation english pleasure and mabye a little dressage. Im only going to be showing in small local barn shows and going to a clinic this summer. I have attached the URL address that should lead you straight to the link of the boots. If you find any better boots that would be acceptable and that are in my price range please let me know! Heres the web address:

I have a pair of tall boots that are real leather and I will sell them to you for under 90.00. They are size ten, reg calf, and no zip. Let me know!

Personally I think your best bet is to find a used pair locally. Yes you can find a brand new pair for under 90 but in general, they are not high quality.

You can usually find boots that were 150-250 brand new that sell for around 100 used. This way you can try them on in person (sooo important) and ou save money on shipping.

If you buy a pair for under $90, chances are that they will not last you very long. In the long run, it's more economical to buy a quality pair and have it last longer rather than buying a pair of lesser quality and having to replace it.

However, if you want to buy new, I would suggest the Saxon synthetic tall boots. I bought a pair as a temporary solution, and I was surprised at how great they were. They're low maintenance, although they won't last nearly as long as a leather boot. Unfortunately, a horse stepped on my foot and left a large dent on the toe; the synthetic material is not as malleable as leather.

Check your local tack stores, websites such as eBay, and ask riders at your barn to see if you can find a sturdy pair of used boots. I sold a pair of $215 boots for about $100, barely used - not a good deal for me but an excellent deal for the buyer. If you look around, I bet you'll be able to find something.

You might want to include the brand, Half&Half. They do look nice though. ;)

Haley, I can't remember the brand. They are from Stateline Tack and they aren't on the site anymore. I bought them about 3 yrs. ago and only worn them like twice. They are either Devon-aire or Novelle, I think they're Devon-aire.

My favorite brand of boots are Araits but they are expensive but, good quality.

I love Ariats - just got a new pair since my old ones aren't exactly presentable anymore.
