Just wondering who is going? I will be there week II and hope to see a good amount of people that I know there. I know that Ned talked about CanterCulture.com at hoodriver, is there going to be more advertisment at other horse shows around the NW this season, or is it just a word of the groupie kinda thing? I am interested to know, this site will be frick'n awesome when it gets kicking!!

hey this is Ned How nice of u to ask- tomorrow morning I'm starting one of my favorite shows of the year-The Brawley Farms Classic. nestled into a 100 acers= in the farm fertile Willamette valley just south of Salem Oregon. Set up the sound system today and it rocks. Really looking forward to a great week. Tomorrow night Maverick Madness pick up pot luck party . O yeeeeess very nice. It sounds like everyone and their grandmother, (you know the saying) is going to Bend. I have been asked by so many people if we have any extra stalls the first week. They are completely sold out. I think that is great. I am looking forward to a great show. I love to got to Bend, it is so awesome over there and it always smells so good once you get over the hill!

i think i told most people this and i just talked to courtney, but i'll be showing week one and then most likely on vacation in sunriver week 2 so i'll probably come say hi and hang out!

I'm going both weeks with a new horse of my sister's. Going to be showing the A/A's and possibly the A/O's if he's good! He's kind of fresh off the boat. He got out of quarantinei last week but he's being a good boy so far.

I want to go to Thunderbird but I might get to go to West Coast Jr hunter finals instead!!! hehe I would much rather do that it would be a chance in a life time for me! But if I dont then I will try to piggy back on another barn for T-bird.

I just heard today that Bend has 700 stalls for both weeks!! Get ready for a long one! I also have heard that there are a lot of people coming up from California. Has anyone else heard that?

yes, when I was in sacramento 3 braiders asked if I could do some bend horses for them. I think by the end of the week there it was almost 20 braiding a night which works out to after jumpers, open only, weekend only probably 35 horses in the barns from those three people and that's just from northern Cal think I heard some people talking about S Cal horses too. Nice to see some different faces. Losing some of our familiar faces to show park in cal too I think JFPT, Ringside, Thumbs up down in show park del mar pebble fresh faces for all, I personally am glad to be in bend rather than pebble this year looked at the weather report looks like after the first couple days in the week Mon. Tues. (90's) should be in the low 80's sorry set up day people :)

Sweet...... I am going to be helping set up on setup day....... Dang it! I get to sweat! My poor horses they are pansys they arnt going to like that heat much lol!!

I'm happy that this show is drawing so many horses, it's awesome! New faces to see and compete with and meet! YES! I am now getting really excited it's a count down now!!! :D ONly one week till I go!!!!

are we talking arizona here? well i just moved here. and live right off t-bird. i want to find a hunter barn. anybody reccomend anything out here?

but maybe not a hunter barn like i hear twisted tree is.. like the grand prix and VERY EXPENSIVE showing.. haha i'm not thhat rich. and i want to find a horse out here also.

Im not showing at tbird in Aug, just evergreen. Sally doesnt want to go up there this time. Next year I am going to be just going the Jumpers unless I find a hunter to lease, Eric is for sale :'( :'( And then I have my level 6 horse and going to try to do the GP's ;) I have you have fun where you are going! That sound sooo... cool you lucky duck! And so you are taking Gentlemans Quarterly?? sorry I dont know his barn name. :p

Callais have fun at ASU.. I really wanted to go there but didn't get my stuff togther :P i have fam down there too so I go down every year for a couple weeks. I don't think I'd survive the summers though.
