So I am in desperate need of a good, original, name for my new mare. I'm getting her on Tuesday-ish. I work, but the lady said she can bring her up while I'm still working. She's a 10 year old Quarter/Morgan mare, 15'1H, 1200lbs. She's a big girl, very stout. The only problem is she foundered as a 3 year old so she's cresty and her hooves grow rapidly. I'm sure I can get her into shape though. The woman (my mother's co-worker) said I can sell her or keep her, just as long as she knows she's going to a good home.
She's a bright chestnut with a teeny moon for a star. She has one sock, her tail touches the ground and her mane is very long too. I don't have any pictures of her, but I can tell you that she is desperate to have a new name. Her current name is "Dreamy."
Give me all you got! I'm not looking for a show name, I've already picked one out for her, but I need a good name that won't make people laugh.
The show name I've picked out is Sunsation, I was thinking about Sadie for a barn name, but I'd like to hear your guys' thoughts!
