How do ppl think about Lincoln creek for young in-experienced horses? Im planning 2 take my green horse beg. novice. it will be 1 of his first events. Do you think that the beg. novicecourse is too complicated for a young horse?

I think it is an ok course once u get past the first fence, because it is black, like 10 strides out of the box and it is going away from everything. i know like 10 ppl who got the big E from the first fence. other than that, it is a pretty straight forward course. :)

I don't know about Lincoln Creek (no idea where that even is) but I think generally beginner novice is a safe bet so long as your horse has done enough cross-country schooling. My barn has two levels below beginner novice (pre-starter and starter - pre-starter being at around 18" and starter being 2-2'3"), which is really nice to introduce very green horses to eventing. But beginner novice is fine, I think it just depends on the horse and the particular event. And, of course, the rider - it's important to make sure that the horse has a good introductory event so that he'll be eager to event again in the future.
