I would like to let everybody know know that Randall Scarrow DVM killed my sweet gentle and valuable Thoroughbred mare. He cut the front of the foal off and then shoved the back end as far as he could back into the mare and she died. He was supposed to help her and instead he killed her. Randall Scarrow is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. I have complained to the AVMA and the state board. I tried contacting a lawyer but he did not answer my email.

Omg I am so sorry! It's not as bad, but my old pony Canada died of colic and he had a heart attack which triggered his death. We called the vet over 20 times and then learned the vet wasnt out doing his job, he was at a party with some friends. I miss my old friend and my pony lost his best friend. :(
