oh jeez, i used to keep track of all the times i've fallen off. of course, i've lost track after 8 years!

most recently i was riding my mare (keep in mind i haven't ridden consistantly in a while) and my dogs started freaking out and i *think* one of my dogs started snapping at her heels, and she LOST it man. whoo! so there was bucking and stuff, and i fell (i never get hurt when i fall, though... knock on wood) and she ran off but we got her.

the worst time i fell off was when i fell on a jump, that hurt. and a few times i've had the wind knocked out of me.

what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger!!!

theres this one morgan mare at my barn who was suposed to be my trainer's son's walk trot horse. She was gonna let me show her to in jr exhib. classes so we were trying to get her to canter and boy is that a challenge! she bucks and rears and hops side ways all the way back to the gate. she can just be jogging along and all of a sudden rears and spins around and throws a fit till shes back to the gate. somethings not right w/ that mare and shes going back to where she came from! not a good walk trot horse!

I have fallen off soo many times on my old pony Paul! He would skid at the jumps! The worst time I fell off was on Happy and I feel onto a pole and my back was bleeding! Ouch! And one time i was in a gymnastic and Batman freaked and popped up over the jump and i landed on his kidneys and he started bucking really bad and i fell!:) I dont even want to know how many times I have fallen off!

Yah, I have fallen off so many times 2! On some of the easiest ponies to ride!! I remember one time... I think I was about 5??? My pony walked over a fence and I fell off! Also, one time when my pony spooked, he ran off with me, and i was literally hanging on for dear life!!!!! I was screaming my head off too!!!!! He kept galloping about 7 times around the ring. I was on Paul when all of this happenned! ( I bought hiim from PeppiPony)

I have never fallen off a horse or pony ever! I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Well, you know they say, "You are never a true rider until you fall off.", or something like that. I guess I am not a true rider. I am right now jumping 2'6", and sometimes 2'9". My trainer says I will start jumping higher now, I can't wait until I fall off a 3'0" fence!!!! Yay!!! lol!

The stragest ride I ever had was exactly a week. I was riding a pony called amy, we had just finished galloping down a straight in the forest and a massive snake slithered straight in front of us! Amy was fine she wasn't bothered, I just said " Ewwwww a snake! " The woman who I was with was laughing and I was horrified!

Yeah, i no wat u mean bout wild rides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had some prettlywild rides like the time my horse (who has a phobia of dogs) was attaked by a barking thing that tried to bite her hocks. She bucked for all she was worth!!!!! then again, some great things make up for the not so great things, dont they?

My wildest ride was when I was riding this horse named Cowboy. Big horse! He was around 16.1/16.2 hh and to me that is TALL!
Well it turns out he stomped his hoof and dirt flew by his eye and he spooked himself  He did two little bucks and then trotted in circles. I was leaning over the saddle a little too far for comfort, and then I told myself, "You idiot get back in the saddle!" So I didn't fall but it felt like I was leaning off a ledge of a hundred foot tower.
I still love Cowboy, though. But I'm kind of nervous about riding now because of the little episode. I'm getting better about.
You guys are dare-devils!

Well at least I know now what a bungie-jumper feels like right before they do a jump. lol!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I'll ride Cowboy again, he is such a sweetie! He is for sale and I wish I could buy him, if I was a more experienced rider.
On his stall door there's and ad placing him for sale that says:
Great kids horse for all ages.

When pigs fly! But Cowboy is a really nice horse, though.

I've never really had a wild ride. I had a really quiet 15.3hh Appendix and the only time I ever fell off of him is when he tripped while cantering and fell down. I flew over his head and my knee was hurt quite badly.

I've also fallen off horses that were standing still.

and I fell off my current lesson pony when we were cantering and the saddle slid to the side and I just couldn't stay on, it was funny.

Not much "wildness" going on here >_>

[SIZE=1]I've fallen off lots of times.

One time I was coming to an oxer ( jump ) and my horse jumped way before I was going to tell him to, and slid on his belly at the other side of it for like... a ways, then jumped into the air and bolted, luckily I managed to stay on. But I got off, because my horse was spazzing and I didnt want him to get hurt. He-he x)
