OK, I'll go first.

I live on an island, and lots of people come and feed me stuff I'm not supposed to eat. I come in all colors but Pinto/Paint is the most common. Someone wrote a book about me. What breed am I?

The book was "Misty of Chincotegue" and "Stormy, Misty's Foal"
