Help!!!!

So, I ride a horse that I lease named Belle (Belle Starr) She is also for sale. Now its 5 days until a horse show (Wine Country Classic) People saw her and want to get her veted on this Monday. If that goes well they will buy her the next day. The horses leave the next day for the show!!! And the old owners don't want Belle to go to the show and then get lame, and then the people don't want to buy her. But then now my trainer wants to buy her!! (yay) Then so if my trainer buys her I can do the show. Now about the veted part, my trainer does not want her to get veted on Monday, because she has people coming to her house. So if she does not get veted, they will not be able to get her until we come back from the show. So then I could take her. Then when people came to look at her sometimes I would ride a horse named Eddie. Now should I ride him in the show and not Belle?? HELP me!! What should I do. :confused:

Go with your heart.......that sounds weird but I got to pick out of two ponies....Canada and Dubby.. Canada i would only own half so i got dublin but i knew Dubby and I would havea connection...but If you love belle so much why not buy her!! Go for it!!

Thanks. I wish I could buy Belle, but my parents won't. She's 14 and what happens when I going to Collage, what happens if get lame??? I have 6 years until I go to collage and Belle has NEVER got hurt. Even the onwers of Belle now could know that. She has gone to almost every show there is, from Wine country to Indo. She has never got hurt!!! And now all of a sudden she is going to get lame! WHAT???? I will find out tomorrow if I will be able to ride her in the show. I hope its a yes! lol!

Well, what if she does not get lame????? And you will probably get alot taller in the next six years so why dont your parents want to buy her? talk to them about it. Get down an your knees and beg if you have to! lol!

Tell your parents that Belle is the only horse for you....it not just her and you jumping in a show...wining class and that stuff...she is your best friend, the one that you share secrets with that wont tell. You and her are a team...not a team of 2...you and the horse are 1.

Thanks you guys!! But, I have tried EVERYTHING!!! Really. Its too much Money for my Parents. If I take her to Wine Country after the vet check and she does get lame, I would HAVE to buy her. (A lame horse) But, on the other hand she has never goten lame. So that will never happen. And there is no way I can out grow her. Shes 16 hands even. lol! Now that I did not buy her, my parents said that I can go to any show I want to go to next show season. (YAY) But, I will always lease a horse. :) If the people don't want to buy her after they did the vet check I can take her to Wine Country and other show untill she really does get sold. Yay!! I am really going to miss her.

I LOVE you pony!!!! He is SOOOO cute!!!!!!!! No I could not go to Foomer's house. I had to do these weird family photos and they got done really late. But, I wished I could of!!!

Hi everyone!!!! Well, today I found out about Belle, and whats going on. Well... SHE GOT SOLD!!!!! So now I will ride a horse in the show (Wine Country Classic), HAPPY GO LUCKY aka HAPPY!!!! Its my trainer's horse. He is really nice. He is a pretty cute chestnut with a star on his head. lol! I rode him today, and he is pretty FUN!!!! Well, wish me luck!! lol! (Happy Go LUCKY!) lol! And I hope Belle will be happy to where she goes. I will be back on here after the show!!! See ya!!! And thanks for all your help you gave me durning this time!!!! I am kind of happy, but then yet, not. See ya!!! :)

Ya, but the show went great on Happy!!! I got A LOT of 6ths, one 2nd, and a 4th. And I found a 1st on the ground!!! lol! Now my trainer and I are looking at horses in my barn and in other barns for me to lease. We all ready found one horse named Daziy. lol! Talk to you guys later!!!! :) :D

i know the feeling of wanting to buy a horse but your parents not being able too. for the longest time i was in the same situation. it ended up that the barn i work for im one of the two people, and because of working without pay for so long the owner gave me a horse, and my parents accepted. i also now share a horse with another girl. basically what i am saying waiting and hard work paid off for me, so some day they will for you!!

also, my suggestion would be to see if there is anyone else you know that would consider buying belle with you. would your parents be willing/able to do it if they were able to split the costs with someone else? its working pretty well for me! good luck!
