Ok, ive been having this discussion with some people on Youngrider.com. Hunter under saddle is judged only on the horse. But Hunter over fences(general hunters) is judged on BOTH horse and rider. right??? They say: No, hunters is just judged on the horse! its both right??

hunter over fences and under saddle are judged only on the horse, but the way the ridder rides effects how the horse goes so in a way it is both, but equitation is not included in the score.

yup! Taylors is right! hunters is jugde on the horse but the ridder must ride good to let or make the horse do well and look good! so ya it is like both!
