This is not a pony hunter, but I'm posting her here because I know there are a lot of people from NW Oregon on here and maybe someone knows of somebody looking for a nice beginner pony.
She is 16 years old, Welsh x Quarter Horse (registered half-Welsh), 13.3 hands. She excells as a trail pony (she'll even take the lead) and can be ridden english or western. This is the kind of pony who will stand quietly while toddlers hug her legs.
I bought her as a beginner lesson pony and it turns out she doesn't care for arena work which is why she is for sale. She would be happiest bonding with one child or one family and doing trail and pleasure stuff. She is most comfortable being ridden at the walk and trot although she will canter if you know what you're doing and you ask strongly. I'm asking $2500.
