That's It I've Had Enough!

My mom wants to send Buddy back! I've had enough of her crap! It's like she's expecting Buddy to be some perfect puppy, housebroken and all! When we got him, the people that had him didn't even do anything with him, and he's come a long way! He comes to his name now, and sits when told!
How can I convince her not to send him back? She's being so dumb!

Because he sometimes messes in the house, he doesn't do it at all as much as he used to.
