Why can't I win the lottery?!

Brewster has perhaps the cutest face I have ever seen. He is also one of the easiest horses to work around. He is quiet in every respect -- ties, crossties, clips, shoes, trailers, great on trails -- a true pleasure to have in the barn. He is quiet enough for a beginner and has foxhunted and evented with a young girl. He is a gorgeous seal bay color with extensive dappling and the most adorable white marking on his face. This is the one in a million horse. Pictures coming soon.
$26,000 (US)
He's an Irish Sport Horse! Why can't I win the lottery?! GRRRRRRRRR. And, plus, he's trained in all of the things I want to do!!! Eventing, foxhunting!!!! GRRRRRR

If anyone in my family wins the lottery I promise you I will give you some! ;) He sounds a great horse, shame about the price, but you have to pay for the best as they say. Doesn't mean that you won't be able to find your dream horse! :p

Wow he's gorgeous, I love Irish Sport Horses. I know how you feel though, it's difficult, but keep at it, the right one will come along for you eventually, and you'll be able to afford it.

This is one crazy thread! I just got this email:

Are you still looking for a horse? If so I am looking to place my Trakhener gelding. He's not young anymore, but he acts like he is! Totally safe, former 3rd level dressage horse, he also trail rides and has jumped small x-rails.
I am not looking for money for him, but if the person who takes him ever doesn't want him anymore, I would like to have him back, not sold.
Can send photos, more info if interested. Located in Marysville Ohio

How does he sound? I like Trakheners! :D

Sounds fab! It's worth getting some more info about him and maybe go and see him. Especially pictures, they give you 1000 words! Also they are cool to look at! :p (HappyHorse13 I was going to send you a PM but it said your box was full, thought I'd let you know!)

Oh darn it. I'm gunna have to clean that thing out. LOL. Thanks, moodymare.

I found some more info about Will (the Trakhener gelding)! He's 21 years old, 16.2. The woman said he recovered from EPM a few years ago and is completely sound and healthy! I'm sooooo excited!

21 isn't even that bad of an age, for what I'm going to do, like trailriding and 4-H and stuff.

And, the best part, he is for free. And is adorable! I got some pictures, but it won't let me copy/paste right now, for some reason. He's a bay and has a really nice build for an older horse!

:D

No problem, I thought you'd ought to know! Oldies are great, my charlie is in her 20's and loves going out for long rides. Will sounds great, you should check him out! :) He sounds very suited to what you want to do. Hope all goes well....*now back to that pm!* ;)
