I got my first horse about 2weeks ago :D, and then I got my saddle last weekend. The saddle's girth is all streched out though.(The Saddle Is Used)
But when I went to buy one the came in different sizes!! Can someone tell me how to fit my horse for a girth???

put on your horses saddle with no girth and get a flexable tape mesure and make sure it has an inches side and mesure from the 4th or 3rd hole of the girth straps on the saddle and mesure up to the 2nd hole on the other side of the saddle and see how many inches it is. ;)

Oh yea, and also make sure that when you put the girth on, you don't just rip it up. That HURTS and will make your horse girthy. Put it up one or two holes at a time until it is sung, and then walk your horse around a bit, in case he puffs up. I always had to do that with Josie when I rode her because she would always puff out!!! :p

Congrats on getting your first horse!
