Showing! Can anyone Give me Advice?

Hi I need help with showing! I know that im really Bratty ect :o but you have got to help me! I have go a show on the 29th and I don't know what to do! I forgot how to plait and bun my ponies manes!!! And what should I do becouse I am showing my two ponies samson and star and I don't know what to do Plaese Help me! :)

Well, always something that helps when showing is to be prepared. Like pack up all the stuff you need before the day of the show or even more before that! Also to get anything you need. When it comes to braiding manes or tails, that is always optional but looks great in the show ring. You can always look up the derections on how to do it in a book or on the internet. One thing you should do is be relaxed. Don't be in a rush. Don't show for points and ribbin's, show for the fun, and the love of your pony and the sport. I don't know how to braid, but I am sure you could find a book that can tell you, or someone who knows how to braid that will do it for you! Good luck!! :)

just remember to breathe!! when i used to show, i would do a whole course and barely breathe! deep breaths... haha

DON'T FREAK! It makes your horse nervous, they are very intuitive animals.

If you are nervous, your show may go like this:

'Eassssssssy, boy, wooooooah...STOP! STOP!!!!!" That's you.

"AHHHHH! ROUGE PONY ON THE LOOSE!!!! AHHHHH!" The people in the stands.

The police: "Somebody catch that @#%$&$%$#@$@ pony before that spooky wreck kills somebody!%#%@!$#%$%$%#@$ (%#%@!$#%$%$%#@$)#! "

Or, if you're relaxed, your show could go like this:

People in the Stands: "Awwww look at that purty pony awwww it's so cute, what a good rider awwww look at the pony it's pooping."

You: "Awwww good boy purty pony."

The police: " WTF? That #$@%$#%#@!@$% (#$@%$#%#@!@$%) pony pooped in my coffee! Awwwwww..."

Ya, and basically follow what everybody else said...:D

lol ok I will just breath cos I am usually Nervous in the show ring and My pony is very Relaxed! :)
