Sounds nice.
I just moved to a new barn, it used to be a racing stable but they've cutback and outsourced a lot- so it's a 20+ stall barn with 5 horses stabled right now. Outdoor arena, hotwalker, etc. Oh, and a track. LOL. We don't use that. :D
I just moved from my trainer's barn, which had an indoor ring but no outdoor. I'll probably move back when it gets cold and nasty outside.

I've been there about 2 weeks, and I love the place. It's a lot smaller than my older barn, but it's more peaceful.

wow Savanna, seemed like quite the place!
-212' x 70' indoor arena
-a lit 180' x 100' outdoor (still in the making)
-36 stall barn with automatic waters (still in the making, half the barn aisle is done, just the other half left)
-Hog fuel paddocks
-Cross-country course (Pre-green-Pre-training, with some training fences)
-An older 14 stall barn (used to be a cow barn, but now has 14 stalls, 2 of them mare and foal stalls)
-Hot and Cold water wash bay (still in the making :p )
-Heated viewing lounge
-Hay storage area shed
-Feed room
-Tack rooms (only 1 right now.. more to be build!)
It's still got some work to do, since we've just moved facilities, so we're still building (hence the "still in the making" :p ), but it's coming along great :D

Yeah, it was pretty nice. I loved hacking Rocky on the race track :) By the way, it's Donida farms (http://donidafarm.com/). But I love my new barn, I don't regret moving there one bit.

Our facility includes:
- 5 acres
- My house
- In-ground swimming pool (really nice after a long, hot ride) & jacuzzi (well, we're about to put it in)
- 1600 sq. ft. barn with 5 regular stalls and 2 over-sized breeding stalls. This was how it was when we moved in (last November). We're renovating it and making the breeding stalls into regular stalls, so it'll be 4 instead of 2.. And we're also making one of the stalls into a wash area. There's also a tack/feed room.. that has a fridge! woo. Nothing fancy by far. If you want to sit down, you sit on the floor or on a feed can. There's also an attached hay shed on the side.
- approx. 50'x50' roundpen.. It's about to be taken down for the time being and my dad is leveling out a riding ring (not sure of the dimensions, but it'll be big enough I could host a small schooling show, do group lessons, set up a jump course, barrels, etc.).
- We're going to be re-doing all the fences in white split-rail (not the wood kind, but the vinyl/plastic kind that won't weather).. including the riding ring and the new roundpen (the current roundpen is made of panels). The panels will then be used to separate our paddock that's adjacent to the barn. It's about 1/2 an acre. The excess panels will be used for overnight trail rides and all (portable stalls). This should all hopefully be done by the end of the year.
- The main pasture is about 2-2 1/2 acres planted with Coastal Bermuda (as well as the paddock and stable yard areas)
- We also have access to miles and miles of trails (there's a bridlepath that runs along the back of our property and out to the trails). There's also an old airstrip down the road that we're allowed to ride on (it's grass).
- Located in Lexington, SC
The place I was at before was a ranch owned by some friends (who we consider like family). My dad still works out on their ranch in his spare time and takes care of the place when they are gone (which is usually once or twice every month). And we still go out there and go riding. The facilities include:
- 258 acres
- Somewhere around 8-10 separate pastures, if I'm not mistaken
- Their house, a pool house, and an in-ground pool
- 3 huge old chicken barns. One is being renovated into a horse barn, the other is a holding barn for the cattle when we're medicating them, separating them, etc. The other is a hay barn.
- Approx. 150 head of cattle
- Atleast 40-50 horses.. though some are at summer camps right now.
- A roundpen
- They're working on building a big riding ring that they'll use to host shows.
- A cute, cozy cabin at the far side of the property that they rent out.
- Located in Batesburg, SC
I think that's about it. It's come a long way in the past 4 years. It's a blast to go out there and ride through the pastures and trails. The next time they do a cattle drive/round-up I think we're going to take our horses over to help.
The place I was at before that (owned by the same people).. was a bit smaller, but my first barn and it holds a lot of memories. It included:
- 16 acres
- Approx. 40 stall barn (I can't remember if it was 40 or 45) that had a tack room, feed room, office, big wash area, shavings room, and hay loft area.
- Many separate paddocks and a 10 acre main pasture (with a pond)
- Outdoor riding ring (lighted) and roundpen
- Separate, smaller barn with 2 stalls, an attached paddock, and a lounge.
- Another separate barn that hay was stored in
- Lots of trails around the area
- Located in Lexington, SC

Er..Kim (hot2trot) you forgot about the other riding ring they had. It was ridable at one point when the weeds were cut down. It was bigger than the main one and good for jumping.
