New forums???

I am in the process of updating the forum and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for forums that we need here on CanterCulture??

As a rule, any and all suggestions can be posted in this forum.

In all honesty, there is no order to any of these forums. Everyone just seems to put anything wherever they feel like it, and as someone who has run forums before, and is a organisation freak, it bothers me. I don't have any new forum suggestions, but overall suggestions would be to get some new mods to help keep topics in the correct place. @_@

Edit: Perhaps have a "general horse show" forum for all around, or open shows, and perhaps change the FAQ forum into an announcement forum, and add a forum for questions, because the FAQ forum is just filled with random crap.

I'm in the process of moving threads around as we speak. I agree with your input.

I am also currently looking for moderators. I have been doing everything myself and it has gotten a little difficult to keep up with. If you're interested, please send me a pm.

Yep CanterCulture is all good here, Tactory. I usually just put all my stuff up in the misc. section.

There does seem to be a lack of thread to forum placing. There doesn't seem to be the usual moderators that most other forums have so clean up seems to get cumbersome when it has to be done.

one of my suggestions would be to make a general training category, because not everyone is training for a certain discipline, like me, i dont know what im gonna do w/ my horse yet, so i just put my training questions in any category i can find....other than that uve done a wonderful job here, i love this site!!! :D

Yeah, I agree....the random crap should be in the MISCILANEOUS(sp) forum. It bugs me too Manda.
