I am just trying to get ideas here... any rough estimates on what utilities are going to cost for a 12 stall barn, fully lit, and an arena with 5 lights that are huge and I am drawing a blank on what kind they are... There will be a total of 15 horses on the property, so trying to figure out the water usage is also making my brain hurt. I am working on a business plan for a small boarding facility in Chandler, AZ, and I had an easy time figuring out the rest of the financial stuff but this is the last thing I have to figure in and my brain is mush at this point... AAAHHH. :confused:
