How do I RETURN for a refund?

How do I EXCHANGE an item?

Please email us at info@canterculture.com to start an exchange for a different size or item.

What items are returnable/exchangeable? 

All items  -EXCLUDING Gift Shop items, Gift Cards or Final Sale items-  that meet the following:

  • Within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • With the original packaging and all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Items purchased in the Gift Shop
What are the refund options? 

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for a different size
  • Exchange for a different item
How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. We will send you a prepaid return label once your return is approved   

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
