To return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@canterculture.com. Please include your order number in your email. If you are wanting to exchange an item, please detail the item/size/color you are wanting to exchange to. 

What items are returnable/exchangeable? 

All items  -EXCLUDING Gift Shop items, Gift Cards or Final Sale items-  that meet the following:

  • Within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • With the original packaging and all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Items purchased in the Gift Shop

How do I ship back the items?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via auto-generated email. Please check junk/spam if you have not received it within 24 hours of your return being approved. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
