ALLISON GERLT
Allison Gerlt is an FEI dressage trainer with her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals with distinction based in Ocala, FL. She has competed multiple times in CDIs in Wellington and the World Equestrian Center, as well as Festival of Champions for Developing Grand Prix and U25 Brentina Cup. She runs her training & sales business out MapleWork Farm, with a focus on high quality care and training plans for individual riders and their horses. A few years ago she branched out into developing young horses and believes starting horses from the beginning and showing them the way towards success is an incredible journey that has been invaluable as a rider and coach. She trains under Belinda Nairn and Anne Gribbons who fully support her ambitions as a competitor and trainer. As someone who spends most of her working day in the saddle, riding apparel is something she is extremely selective about. When she heard about Canter Culture through a client, she knew she had to try a pair. Functional, comfortable, stylish, and economical – she was hooked. “I refuse to back anything I don’t believe in, so I am thrilled to join Canter Culture’s team!”

CELSIANA WILLIAM
Celsiana William is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist working for dressage trainer Brian Hafner in Ocala, Florida. Celsiana grew up in Northern California riding ponies from the age of 7. Together, Celsiana and Prima Ballerina won multiple Region 7 championships during their time in California. After moving to Florida, they became the 2022 Region 3 Champions and US Dressage Finals 4th Level Champions. In 2023, they earned a Team Gold, Individual Silver and Freestyle Bronze medal at the North American Youth Championships in the Young Rider Division. Her goal for the next year is to compete in the Small Tour and continue working towards her Gold Medal. Celsiana wanted to partner with Canter Culture because she loves the unique and innovative style of their breeches. The fact that she can ride comfortably in them all day in the Florida heat, and know that she will also get compliments on them outside the barn, is what makes her very excited to join the Canter Culture team!
